James has been brewing since 2000, moving from extracts at first to all-grain on a 5/10-gallon system.He’s a sportswriter at the Traverse City Record-Eagle and makes beer of numerous varieties — pales, Belgians, saison, mead, Scottish, porters and stouts — that he kegs and serves from a homemade five-tap keezer. He earned an honorable mention at the World Expo of Brewing. Cheers!

Chuck has been brewing since Spring of 2014. He brews on a 10 gallon all grain system with a home-made cooler mash tun. He enjoys thinking outside the box in his brewing, and won ‘Peoples Choice Award’ in the 2015 Traverse City Winter Microbrew Festival.
